1. What is studylabz?
Studylabz is a digital workspace brand focused on helping students and professionals stay organized, productive, and motivated. We create premium Notion templates and digital tools designed to simplify your workflow and elevate your study or work routine.
2. What exactly am I purchasing?
You are purchasing a digital product (a Notion Template, that you can further costumize). After checkout, you will receive a PDF, with which you can download and access the Template. In the PDF there is explained how to use and edit the Template to organize your study and maximize productivity.
No physical items will be shipped.
3. How do I access my template after purchase?
You will receive:
- A PDF directly to download on the Checkout Page, with the Download Link for your Template.
- A Mail with the Download Link to the PDF.
Simply click the Notion link on the PDF → press “Duplicate” in the top-right corner → and the template will be added to your workspace instantly.
4. Do I need a paid Notion subscription?
No.
The Studylabz template works perfectly with Notion’s free plan.
5. Can I use the planner on multiple devices?
Yes.
Once the template is in your Notion workspace, you can access it on all synced devices (laptop, tablet, phone).
6. Can I share the template with someone else?
No.
Your purchase includes a single-user license, meaning you may use it for yourself, but you may not distribute, resell, or share the original template link.
7. Do you offer refunds?
Because these are instant digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once the file has been accessed.
If you experience any issues, please contact us — we always try to find a solution.
8. I didn't receive my Email - what should I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder.
If you still can’t find it, contact us with your order details, and we’ll manually resend your link.
9. Are the templates costumizable?
Yes!
Every template is fully editable — you can change layouts, colors, icons, databases, structures, and more to fit your personal workflow.
